Along the eastern side of the state the mighty Hudson River weaves it’s way through majestic terrain reaching toward the sky on either side. Estimated at one hundred and fifty miles long, it hails from New York Harbor all the way up to the Adirondacks. It can best be appreciated with a hike to one of the vortexes beside it or a cruise along part of its path.
As the adage goes, write what you know. And so it is that my first two novels are set in the Hudson Valley during the fall season. Intrigued? Come explore the area for yourself link. For those who may never get the chance to visit this beautiful area, I’m sharing some scenery from the neighborhood. Please feel free to post some pictures and/or descriptions of what fall is like in your neck of the woods!
